  1. Returns and Refund Policy

    We are committed to provide our customers complete satisfaction. We strive to enhance the shopping experience of our customers, while providing the best quality products. In order to ensure the same, we are always ready and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

    In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from us, you may contact our team with your complaints/ feedbacks and we shall revert back to you at the earliest.

  2. Acceptance of returns on our products is subject to following criteria:

    • Return request should be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery;

    • All the tags and original packaging shall remain intact;

    • Original Invoice shall be returned with the product(s).

  3. We assure that all the products supplied are genuine and carries warranty from the respective manufacturers. Our Group main moto is providing best service to the utmost satisfaction of our customers. OUR STRENGTH IS OUR CUSTOMERS.

  4. In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by Savithri Digital Computer, the value of such product, as originally paid by You during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded to You. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and Savithri Digital Computer or the approved payment gateway will credit Your refunds directly into Your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide You with a cheque in this regard. Refunds will be subject to the following:

    • Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via cheque, depending on the then current circumstances as determined by Savithri Digital Computer;

    • For Cash on Delivery payments, You will be provided with a refund cheque.

    • If the product can be repaired by the service centre, Savithri Digital Computer would get the same repaired and send it back to You.

  5. Cancellation by Savithri Digital Computer

    There may be certain orders that Savithri Digital Computer is unable to accept and must cancel. Savithri Digital Computer reserves the right, at Savithri Digital Computer's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Savithri Digital Computer's credit and fraud avoidance department. Savithri Digital Computer may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Savithri Digital Computer will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your credit card account. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or Savithri Digital Computer.

  6. Cancellation by the User

    In case of requests for order cancellations, Savithri Digital Computer reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Savithri Digital Computer receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by Savithri Digital Computer, Savithri Digital Computer shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to You within a reasonable period of time. Savithri Digital Computer will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Savithri Digital Computer has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Savithri Digital Computer and accept Savithri Digital Computer's decision regarding the cancellation

  7. Damage of External Packaging

    On receipt, if it is noticed that the external packing of the consignment is damaged or tampered with, customers are requested to verify the quality/quantity of the products against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy is noticed in the packet, customer can either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. In such cases, the customer is requested to email us intimating us on the issue. Photographs of the delivered product may also be sent to us. We shall handle such issues directly with the respective courier company.

    In case you have refused to accept delivery of the consignment, kindly intimate us with the details of order along with the request seeking re-shipment of Products or refund of money, in case your order is a pre-paid order.
